**31 Days at the Ancestral Altar** Daily Blessings for the Beloved, the Complicated, and the Forgotten

Free PDF Download · A 31-day practice for October 1–31

Join me this October for 31 days of remembrance. We'll light our candles and walk it together, one day at a time.

An ancestral altar can hold the people we loved dearly. It can also hold complicated histories, unanswered questions, and family members whose names have been lost. This practice makes room for all of it. It doesn't ask you to romanticize the past, excuse harm, or forgive before you're ready. You decide who is welcome at your altar and how close they may come.

What's inside:

- 31 dated daily blessings, from Opening the Altar on October 1 to Closing the Altar on October 31 - Space on each page to journal what comes up for you - A simple guide to setting up your altar and following along - A 31-day tracker to mark off each day - A closing blessing to carry forward what you want to keep

You don't need an elaborate altar. A candle, a bowl of water, a photograph, or an empty place for the forgotten is enough. The practice is spiritual without following any one tradition. Change any words that don't feel true to you.

Print it at home or fill it in on your tablet. The PDF is 37 pages, letter size.
